Great experience for our 5D4N private group tour to Hanoi and Ninh Binh with Hai Phong Tours

We did a 5D4N tour or Hanoi, Halong Bay and Ninh Binh with Hai Phong Tours. Phuong was amazing from the start. He helped put together a great itinerary for our small private tour of 5. From airport transfers, Hanoi Day tour, Halong Bay cruise and Ninh Binh tour, we had a great and relaxing time. Very helpful in suggesting the itinerary, advising the places suitable for our group as we have 2 seniors and 1 child with us. Phuong helped with reservation of the Halong Bay 2D1N cruise, it was a great experience! The planning was done with great ease over Whatsapp. Man, our guide arranged by Phuong, was also very good and professional. Speaks relatively good English. The drivers were great and vehicles arranged for our group was comfortable and we felt very safe during the journey. Most commendable was Phuong was contactable and very responsive on whatsapp throughout our trip. Charges were very reasonable too. I strongly recommend Phuong and Hai Phong Tours!

Top level service and a great tour. Highly recommended!
FIVE STAR EXPERIECE. Mr. Phuong was absolutely great to work with. Organised my Ha Long Bay tour at the last minute from Hai Phong. Fairly and reasonably priced. Other operators from Hai Phong and the Hai Phong hotel travel desk price quote was much higher, for no real justification. I was a little weary about paying in advance after reading a few scam horror stories online about other websites, but Mr. Phuong gracefully agreed to have me pay in cash upon pick up. Driver arrived before time for pick up, and a great smooth drive to the harbour. The tour itself was also excellent. A good seafood lunch followed by the scheduled activities on the tour. We noticed that other tours arriving at the stops had long lines to way for kayaking and hiking, but our cruise was timed just right! Do not hesitate to book with Hai Phong Tours, you will not be disappointed.

Serve customer, not induce customer to use one's service
1. My wife and I planned to travel to Cat Ba Island with no conception of personal transportation in the first place. Hai Phong Tours offered us all possible itineraries, and responded promptly to our demand which is the most complicated as using many cars and cable car. 2. Service charge was actually competitive and payment term really flexible. 3. Hai Phong Tours contacted us frequently on route to make sure we are safe and satisfied. 4. Hai Phong Tours served us instead of inducing us to use their service. They advised us to use speedboat (of their competitor) instead of their car just because of our convenience! We're ready to introduce this company to our relatives and acquaintances.
