Lovely and efficient way to see Lan Ha Bay

Nice trip out with Cat Ba Green Trails. We did the day tour which includes the usual itinerary: cruise, kayak, visit to the fish farm, stop for a swim, very tasty and varied lunch. Our tour guide, Jack, did a nice job pointing things out and answering questions. We found the water clean and the route around Cat Ba not crowded, at least when we went in cool December. Although I think the price varies a bit depending on where you book, the price is very affordable for a full day tour.

A brilliant tour of Lan Ha Bay
We had a fantastic one day tour of Lan Ha Bay provided by Cat Ba Green Trail Travel. The tour visits a local fishing village, all the major sights of Lan Ha and parts of Halong, a brilliant 1 hour 30 kayaking tour through the most beautiful and scenic of lagoons & caves and finishes with a truly memorable swimming experience in Cam Lagoon. What made this tour extra special was both the quality of the lunch (platters of various seafood, rice, soups and for any vegetarians- tofu, salads) and also the brilliance of the tour guide Kong- with a very personable character, excellent spoken English and a great ability to convey detail of the area extremely professionally! A must book when in Cat Ba.

Amazing
We took a full day boat trip with green trail travel and it was absolutely worth the price. The sightseeing was amazing, we went kayaking which is really enjoyed and we went swimming in the sea between the islands at the end. Jack is a really good guide, he is informative, he knows his stuff and he made us feel really welcomed. We also had a delicious lunch on the boat with many different vietnamese dishes, cooked fresh and perfect. All the many details I won't mention here for the sake of brevity were all positive experience. Thanks for your team Green Trail Travels!
