Great ski resort for family
Only 1 hours taxi drive from Seoul, the ski resort has 3 slopes for beginners to skilled skier..we stayed at the ski resort hotel which has a small kitchen, cutlery, kettle, rice cooker and dining area which we can cook simple breakfast. A convenient store was located on the 1st floor to buy frozen foods. The room has the ski slope views. If you are travelling with small children,the resort has an animal farm with rabbits, ponies and goats and is free entrance during winter.The playground was fun even during winter. You need to rent ski suits and boots before you can ski and sledge. We really enjoy our skiing and the ski rental staff ( we rent at the shop by the slope near a convenient store) were very friendly and helpful and even provided drop on and off from the ski slopes. English is a problem because most of the people cannot understand or speak English. The hotel has activities for children for a fee and our daughter enjoyed the animal show even though it was in Korean. The restaurant served simple menu for breakfast,lunch and dinner. We really enjoyed ourselves at the ski resort and definitely go back again. No room cleaning only changed of towels which we had to call housekeeping to pick up our garbage. The towels provided were very small more like a face towels. The room we booked did not had a bathtub which we specifically wanted. The room price was reasonable for a ski resort.

Christmas in Man made Snow
We visited with the family at Christmas time as my family had never seen snow. It was a pleasant experience, pretty easy drive from Seoul. As with all ski resorts the prices are a little high but nothing unexpected
