Awesome infrastructure but spiritless
This used to be an iconic place in Guayana, where many people came together to enjoy a cultural experience; where local artist found a place to expose their pieces and works; where students learnt about history, arts and many other aspects about the region. Nowadays the place is deteriorated and the politics replaced the arts. What a shame!
