Birthplace of one of Cubas Heros
I really enjoyed the visit to this museum which contains many of his personal memorabilia which relates to his life and that of the history of Bayamo and the struggle foe independence .The staff were friendly and helpful.

    Quiet and informative
The Cespedes museum is well worth the pesos. Though a smaller museum it gives you a glimpse of the life of one of Cuba's early leaders for independence. The guides are very helpful and watch every move you make just to make sure you behave yourself! Take the 30 - 60 minutes to enjoy the solitude and interesting displays and art.
