Disasterous to great experience
Unfortunately our first trip was disasterous. Group of 4, e-chopper ride. 2 choppers broke down. Help was 10 minutes away. Voiced our concerns when we eventually got back to the activity centre. We were offered a 2nd ride, free of charge, later in the week. Was brilliant. Had a fantastic time. Highly recommended.

dagje veluwe kijken in een renault twizy
We hired the Renault Twizy for a day, we started later than planned (due to our own traffic jam problems) got a short instruction and than we went on tour: Imagine a couple, aged 65 crammed in a small cockpit. We experienced 2 problems that day and they were resolved in a very adequate manner: When we stopped for lunch the handbrake jammed, we use the smartphone to call for information and/or assistance. Which was promptly arranged, so we could proceed our tour after lunch, we proceeded our tour from the roadmap and tour provide by the "VS" Sadly enough a few hours later after touring and some stops enjoying the beautiful countryside, we had a second breakdown when after a short stop the battery failed. We called again and within less than 10 minutes a smart service guy arrived and we could change cars and so got away with his Twizy, He'd quickly found the defect (a broken fuse) and we saw him again on our way home. Conclusion: “Whenever you would like to try the electric small Renault Twizy, do so on the Veluwe. It’s great fun driving in this wonderfull countryside. The service for a produkt that isn't 100% proof (did I say it was fun already?) is, after all, 100% perfect. So good KUDOS for the Veluwe Specialist.
