Great experience, but the place could be improved
Flying for 15 minutes and experiencing the control in the airplane is simply great. My pilot was friendly and professional. A perfect experience for me. The place though is spartan. It's basically an hangar with a small office. Probably in order to keep it affordable to all, you have to pay for every extra. And that's the first thing they tell you. When they offered me a coffee I didn't expect I was supposed to drop one euro in the machine. Also, strict policies on reservation and cancellation ahead the flight make you feel less welcome... But the personnel is kind and nice. Anyway, I would repeat the experience of flying immediately!

Worst experience, worst service ever!
Very bad communication about necessary papers needed. We travelled for 3 hours te gethere (Teuge) but apparently had to buy a new ticket (125 euro) because we didn't have the original paper. No way to get through. They simply denied our visit, our journey and effort to get there on time. Horrible communicators and arrogant people. we'll never come back, NOT even for a free flight!

Not customer friendly at all.
Very unsatisfying so far. Several unfriendly phone calls (with the same contact person). Postponing a flight costs 20 euro, although announced 2 weeks in advance. Reservation has to be cancelled by mail first, and can be replanned only after paying the 20 euro. Not customer friendly at all.
