Cozy movie theater (filmhuis)
I used to live in the same street if this little movie theater and I really enjoy the familiar and cozy atmosphere, insomuch I could consider it an extension of my house. I like the introduction given at the beging of each movie (in Dutch) and the breaks that allow you to grab a drink for the second half. The terrace is very enjoyable in the warm summer nights, with the possibility to order (very tasty) pizza from the nearby restaurant Sa Lolla.

Cinema with good selection of movies, and great cafe
Heerenstraat theater offers a good mix of popular movies and international films. Before the start of the movie, the staff provides a short explanation and background of the movie itself, which makes it a good personal experience. They have a cafe with outside terrace as well, which is very enjoyable even if you are not going to watch a film.
