Proud to be Canadian in Holland

This is a great tribute to the fallen Canadian soldiers involved in the Liberation of Holland during WWII.

    A Very Moving Experience
We came to visit the grave of my Uncle and found this to be a very humbling experience. One cannot help but be moved by seeing the graves of all the young soldiers buried here. The cemetery is immaculate and I want to thank all the young Dutch children who spend the time to keep it so beautiful. I hope we never forget to remember the sacrifices these soldiers made for us.

The people ahve not forgotten those who fought for them.
Each grave here is lovingly tended and decorated by a Dutch citizen in appreciation for the sacrifices of the Canadian soldiers. A grateful people show their gratitude still.
