It was not the time yet to swim in the lake but we came for a walk. You need to buy the parking ticket by the machine. The weather was a bit crazy that day. 5 minutes sunny, then 5 minutus hail and then rainy. So we decided to drive away as the time we would go to the machine it began with raining..

Bussloo Lake is ideal for families
If you are on the motorway wanting a break in your journey, or want to find a new relaxing beach inland this may be just the place for you. The lake has lovely sandy beaches with gently sloping water which make it ideal for families. There are very good toilet facilities and basic cafes. Parking is 5 euros and you pay by card at machines at the back of cafes during your stay (gives a card to put ion the exit barriers).
