Great place and great Program
I did my teacher yoga training at Arhanta Yoga - it was all I wanted: a serious program, well structured, and in a beautiful location. The house is simple and the food is vegetarian, and very simple; but I learned a lot and now teach yoga asanas confidently. Much more to learn still, but I would recommend this program any time.

Excellent yoga teacher training
The Arhanta teacher training course can be recommended to everyone who wants to do a Hatha Yoga teacher training. The curriculum is relevant and the teachers are excellent. Students get a solid teacher training and a chance to deepen their own practice. The ashram is located in a beautiful, peaceful surrounding. It is easier to focus on the course when there are few disturbing “external factors”. Also the experience of living at an ashram gave a feeling of “the real deal”. Living at an ashram was a new experience to me, I liked it and I would really like to do it again.

The training is of a high standard. Every teacher challenges you to bring yourself to a higher level with their knowledge and the unique way of teaching. For the training you need to have discipline, responsibility but especially focus! All your senses will be put to the test! The training is in its entirety a challenge! But who is going to give you an opportunity to give your life a different direction. Your consciousness, your spirit, your aim, everything is turned on its head! You're going to or not? I'm glad I have made!
