Terrible policies
I booked 1 normal bike (6 euros per day) and 1 bakfiets (22euros per day) to bring sports gear to the beach but then due to the weather conditions we didn't need the bakfiets for our 4 day trip. We asked to have only 2 normal bikes but the company refused to reimburse us the difference of the cost of the bakfiets aayjng it was there "policy" which was not made clear to me on their website or when I booked. Furthermore the management was rude and not helpful. There are maybe 5 other bike rental places on Vlieland. I would recommend trying one of them that has more flexible policies and nicer staff.

Lost nearly a day due too lack of service
Rarely seen such a horrible service. We made a booking to go on a boat trip, alas no captain showed up. An entire day (out of a two day trip) gone to waste trough the stagering lack of professionalism. The horrible excuse for a manager they have here is more interested in knocking every penny out of you pocket than he is in doing his job and providing a service. Do you self a favor and avoid this place.
