Beautiful beach - Lots of humans!
Soft sand, gorgeous ocean views, lush vegetation, gentle waves. When we arrived there was hardly anyone on the far end of the beach and it was glorious. Around 11am teens started pouring in (it’s a Friday if a likely spring break week so probably not a regular occurrence). By 2pm there were hundreds of teens gathered just where the public beach ends. Bathrooms are average - not great but they are functional. Lifeguard on duty. Would love to come back on a different day than the local rager.

A very pleasant surprise
While visiting the Port St Lucie and t Pierce area we stumbled on this beach after talking with a local. Long flat beach with shallow shore line which would be great for small children. Plenty of free parking and showers near the parking area. Picnic tables as well. this is a nice place to spend the day after a visit to the Navy UDT Museum nearby (two birds with one stone). The locals like it because it is one of the free beaches left and there is plenty of room to spread out and let the kids go. Food not that far away as well. Saw some folks snorkeling, but do not know if it is an area where you will see anything. Note; easy access for the elderly.

Not crowded, lots of shells
Our family visited this beach on two days during our recent vacation to Ft. Pierce. Pepper Park Beach is a free beach, no parking charge. There was a lifeguard present. There are no concessions or anything like that as it is a simple beach. The waves were a bit high one of the days we visited but just right on the next.
