Blind Creek Beach, Florida, United States

4.5 (202 reviews) Spent Ranking #5 in Fort Pierce Beaches

Everyone is welcome, one of top attractions in area.

We have been to a few nude beaches, but these were our first visits to Blind Creek Beach. We were there on Wednesday January 25, and again on Sunday January 29. Both days were sunny with a high temperature around 80. The parking area was near capacity on both days, we arrived around 1:00PM. Both days there were a few hundred people on the beach. The occupied area was approximately one mile in length. The texture of the sand is soft and fine, so expect some blowing sand if it is windy. There is a good slope to the beach, with the flatter area being near the top. On Wednesday the water was weed free, on Sunday there was a small amount of sea weed rolling ashore. Both days had significant wave action with few people going into the water. On Wednesday the population was approximately 60% male 40% female, on Sunday there was a higher percentage of male visitors. Wednesday average age was in the their 50's, Sunday's crowd average age appeared in early 40's. There are porta-potties in the parking lot. I would recommend arriving early because of the parking and the sun angle. In the afternoon if you are looking for the perfect tan you are looking into the dune grass, I rather look at the ocean. If you are in the Fort Pierce area you need to visit this beach! We were vacationing in area and spent about 2 hours each day.

    Parade of Men Walking Beach
My wife and I venture to the area and Blind Creek Beach once a year from Northwest U.S.A. We are in our 50's and very easy to look at. The beach & water are very clean, parking is free but no bathrooms. Everyone we have met were friendly and respectful. We are both behavioral scientists that have been to many au natural venues around the world and here is a bit of information we do not see posted about BCB anywhere. The left side of the beach is mostly single gay men with some lesbian women. The right side is mostly male & female straight couples. It is a bit annoying seeing the same single men constantly parading the beach back and forth all day/week long. We say to each his or her own and neither she nor I take offence to naked men or women but c'mon guys, it really is sad on many levels. 95% of you don't have the body or the goods be strutting around like a peacock on a catwalk, even if you did, it is very off-putting. Your parading and looking around has obvious undertones that are telling and concerning. It is not just my wife and I, 95% of the people we meet on the beach notice and find it odd, have some self-respect. If it were the female Swedish volleyball team parading back and forth we would feel the same way. Weekends get extremely busy so get there early on weekends. All in all, it is a great beach that we recommend and we will continue to go here, just be prepared for the aforementioned. These are our observations/finding, good, bad or ugly, you be the judge for yourself. Relax, get naked and unwind.
