Enjoy the downtown Fort Pierce Farmers Market on Saturday. Vegetables, sweets, teas, and coffee, as well as a craft market. I also took a walk over the downtown and checked out the local shops and places to eat. One place we visited was the Manatee museum and education center. It only costs a dollar for the entrance. I ate at 12abuoy, and it was great, I recommend the cold or hot shrimp. It was only $8.00 per half-pound and they were huge for this price.
