A real Florida experience and a great time.
My mom loves going out on this boat and has taken me with her twice. Captain Chaz and mate Rob make sure everyone has a good time. The boat provides license, poles and bait. Although to catch the grouper you should purchase pinfish live from the bait shop next door. Chaz and Rob can identify all kinds of aquatic life (I saw a mantis shrimp for the first time!) and are knowledgeable about size and catch limits. They can get you unstuck from the bottom or untangled super fast so everyone gets to fish as much as possible. Also my mom walks with a cane. They are always super helpful getting her stuff on the boat.

A#1 FISHING BOAT!!!
I have been grouper fishing on the Thunder Party Boat for about 5 years now with Captain Mike and his mate Mickey. I get out with them 5 or 6 times a year depending on the grouper season. I have always found the boat to be clean and well equipped. Last year he spent several thousand dollars to replace both of his diesel engines so his clients would have a safe and dependable vessel to go 40 or 50 miles offshore if necessary. The only time I have had a complaint was our July trip of 2013, We stopped in 14' of water where the Cpt. knew there was some grouper. I had an immediate hit and pulled in a 28" Gag. It wasn't 5 minutes later the Cpt had a hit and pulled in a 30" Gag. Talk about taking the wind out of your sails. Keep up the good work guy's, we are glad you are here.

TO THE WHINER ON THE THUNDER TRIP OF 8/19/2013
Never had a bad day on the water before?? What a lucky guy or maybe likely a chronic complainer...You won't be missed on the next trip! Capt Mike has an older boat, but comfortable vessel with new power units, equipment that is entirely serviceable and a 1st Mate, Micky,who happens to be one of the hardest working men I've had the pleasure of meeting. People tend to demand too much and give too little in return. Respect given..Respect returned.... need I say more I enjoyed the day and the comradery, isn't that what its about? One friend on board said "the beauty of the day and the ride alone was worth the money" The Sport is called "Fishing" ...The reward is "Catching". No rewards for Whiners.
