Hot yoga-Siesta Key
The instructor was very knowledgeable and helpful! The hot yoga was amazing and cleansing. Exactly what I was looking for and needed. The studio also offered a great variety of classes and had them at all times to work with anyone's schedule.

Don’t miss this new studio!
Kathy was very personable and made you feel welcomed immediately. I was worried our vinyasa flow would just consist of sun salutations but Kathy kept it interesting and challenging. I recommend this class for all levels of yogis.
