Swim with manatees
We were very excited to swim with manatees, but the customer service we received when scheduling already made us nervous about our trip. There was no signage with"Reel River Tours" on it. We arrived and were told they only have 4 wetsuits to rent, so we had to swim without them when it was only 54 degrees out! Our captain was very unprofessional. She spent most of the tour on her phone or talking about the little money she makes. Swimming with the manatees was an awesome experience! I would just suggest going with another company for it.

Disappointing
This was booked as part of a larger all day tour. We were very excited by the prospect of seeing manatees and being able to snorkle with them. After a video briefing and a briefing on the boat we left the dock and went about 30 feet into the middle of the marina and they began to look for the manatees. The water is murky, certainly polluted from all the boats and gasoline, and the environment suboptimal for both the manatees and snorkeling. We finally did see a manatee but it was in a very murky side channel and unless you were right on top of impossible to see. Expensive and very diappointing.

Don't waste your money
Booked a trip to go night fishing. Showed up 30 minutes early, no one showed up where we were told to meet them behind a marina. Called the number, no answer, sent an email and the owner called back and said he wasn't even aware of our trip. Promised to reschedule our trip and he did. The day before we were to go out on the make-up trip, captain sent a text and canceled again. I contacted the owners brother again and asked if we were going to reschedule the trip and got no response. Very disappointing!!
