Breathtaking views, informative musuem and inspiring church.
Beautiful grounds, museum and Catholic church. This is a great place to visit as a tourist, but especially if you are Catholic and want to learn about how the Spanish helped found St. Augustine. The church is intimate and breathtaking at the same time. There is so much to take in as you walk the grounds outside and in the cemetery. May God bless all who visit and especially those mothers and children in need of blessings!

Peaceful
A nice step away from the busyness of old town. If you’re Catholic, it’ll have more meaning to you, but if you’re not, it’s still a beautiful place with a small museum, explaining the founding of St. Augustine. Honestly, it’s the only place we visited that acknowledged the European impact on the native Americans. It’s a stop on the Old Trolley; a bit of a walk otherwise.

Lovely peaceful place
A very peaceful and relaxing place. We were unable to enter the church due to a mass being held. A small museum is on the premises and a gift shop with candles, rosaries, items for baptism and confirmation. A lovely walk over the bridge to the cross. A wonderful place to get away from the hustle and bustle and meditate.
