Special Edition Watch
Bharti had so much patience with my husband as he decided on a watch. The 1st one he bought was in December. He had asked about another special edition watch which was not available at the time (Porsche Tag Heuer). Bharti said she would keep a look out and let him know when or if it would become available. It arrived and she texted a picture of the watch. After a little back and forth texting, he said yes and the watch arrived the next day! We were very happy with her professionalism, knowledge and warmth during the in-person purchase and the long distance interaction concerning the second watch. Another Amazing Experience
My wife and I visited Luxury of Time in Disney Springs Orlando in August of 2019 and again recently this month in February 2020. I’m typically hesitant to shop at a location away from home however the staff at this location made us feel extremely comfortable by being friendly and welcoming. They were not your typical “pushy” sales associates and they made us feel at home. I purchased two luxury watches from them over the course of our two visits their and my wife made some diamond ring purchases as well. Our Sales Associate was Diego and he was not only professional but he was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the items being sold in the store. He was also very patient with me as I asked to see many different watches and asked a ton of questions. His Manager Sanela was also extremely kind, courteous and was even able to work with us on the pricing. They shipped the items to us in New York and they arrived right on time as they said they would. We had a truly amazing experience from start to finish and I highly recommend this dealer. We will certainly shop here again.
