    Enjoyed our visit
Neat place to visit if you're into historic homes and local history. We greatly enjoyed our tour and the gentleman who gave it had a ton of information and was a fantastic story teller. My only complaint was that the entrance fee was CASH ONLY which wasn't mentioned on the website. It was $10 for my husband and myself and I only had $7 on me. Thankfully my husband did have a $5 bill, but many folks on vacation don't carry cash so stating this on the website would definitely be helpful. Otherwise beautiful home, super interesting and a cheap afternoon.

    Afternoon Tea
So much fun today. Took my grand daughter to Lillian Place for an Afternoon Tea. There were endless cups of tea offered and the food was so delicious. Also, there was plenty of food served, plus a desert. After the tea, we were given a tour of the house. There was a guided tour, or a self guided tour available. Advise you to use your GPS because it is a hidden driveway. I actually had to call for directions.. The Center is offering a Murder Mystery Dinner in April, 2022. Please look it up on the internet for more information. I will definitely go back...several times... Even my 11 yr old grand daughter gave it 2 thumbs up.
