    Fun and interesting!
We had a great visit with 9-14 year old kids. Our guide was interesting and engaging - demonstrated blacksmithing and a cannon! We also climbed the watch tower and explored other exhibits. It was not a canned presentation; I feel certain we could come again and get more out of it depending on the guide’s expertise. For those concerned with safety, everything was outdoors and everyone in our group was masked.

Getting up close to the past
Our one hour tour was led by a troubadour who opened the tour by singing a song about Ponce De Leon that he had composed. The tour includes a live demonstration at the blacksmith and the firing of a canon. We learned some previously unknown information about Florida's oldest settlement. Be aware that this is a very popular attraction with Florida school children. The staff tries very hard to separate the school groups from other visitors.
