At the end of bridge street you will find the best seafood restaurant and American food great service and overlooking the bay with occasional dolphins popping up while you have your meal or walk on the pier. Seating inside and out. Take out available. They also have a shuttle to take you to your car or nearby condo.

Best beach on the island?
This is a beautiful beach on Anna Maria Island, Florida. We stayed on an Avenue one street from Gulf Drive and it was a short walk to and from the beach each day. You can walk for miles in either direction. The best feature is that there is no parking in this particular area, so it is a quiet area!

first time. Liked it a lot
good biking, kind of a one road barrier island reminiscent of (but nicer) than the Jersey shore islands we spent time on as kids. Good restaurants, good biking trails, easy access to beaches, traffic could be bad late afternoon but if you weren't driving anywhere it was insignificant. Scenic, not ostentatious, quiet and enjoyable. A few miles from LongBoat Key and St Armands circle if you are looking for upscale.
