Enjoyable albeit small and quite pricey for the size
Enjoyable visit although we though it a bit pricey at $15 entrance fee as there are actually only nine Ann Norton sculptures, plus a few smaller models in her studio. All the sculptures are very large brick 'gateways' set in a lovely tropical garden, which we enjoyed as much as the sculptures. However, it was disappointing that none of the staff could tell us anything about Norton's inspiration for them and why they were the focus of the garden. You don't need to be an art aficionado to enjoy a visit here and whilst we liked Norton's works, we actually preferred the current temporary sculpture exhibitition by Jim Rennart. Visitors might also like to note that there is small on site cafe - very pretty setting in the garden. Appealing albeit small menu but again quite expensive at set price of $24 for an entree, which includes a small bowl of soup. Free parking is available roadside.

Fine way to spend a sunny afternoon
Last week my wife and I joined another couple for a visit to this 2 acre sculpture garden and home/museum in the historic El Cid residential neighborhood along the Intra Coastal. We has been there once before but our friends had not. The art on display now includes comedic monumental sculptures in the garden and a very clever and whimsical rendition of the ocean floor made entirely from plastic bits found on the seabed. It's fun to discover just exactly what the items shown are actually made of. There is a small cafe; I'd advise getting a reservation for lunch as seating is very limited.
