Bluebell Beach, Michigan, United States
4.0 (20 reviews) Spent Ranking #16 in Flint Parks
Bluebell is nice.
Been reading some bad reviews about Bluebell beach. Yes, it can get crowded on a holiday when everyone has the day off but generally is is not and there is room for everyone. The kids love the water park and large sandy beach, the restrooms are clean, BBQ gills are available. The e-coli situation is when it is very hot and it is from animal waste runoff, you know birds and deer. It is monitored constantly so there is no danger, if the levels are high just don't go in the water. It is a safe place to visit and there is a park ranger station (certified police) one mile away.

Beach looks like Lake Huron
Great beach with wonderful beach shade, splash pad, swing sets, showers, etc. Great place to spend an afternoon. Sandy beach and water appeared very clean. I was pleasantly surprised. Another improved and great Genesee Co Park and Recreeation attraction

Crowded but Nice River Beach !
I am agree with another review, It is crowded. But it is nice beach with all facilities like rest room and change room, Shower room. Out side small water park for Kids. It hase BBQ facilities and Beach is clean. It has no life gaurd but safe area is marked and life saving equipment is ready. This is free of cost and Flint has very place to go. May be that is why more crowded. It is okay to go and enjoy an hour or two.
