Visiting Meise.
If you would wondering if the visit to the National Botanic Garden is worth a visit, of course in winter when we were there it is not so attractive as in the summer time, but during our visit there were nevertheless many visitors. You can take a nice walk, then enjoy a drink and a dry eye in the “Roserie – Café – restaurant”, and from there you can continue your visit of the castle and the greenhouses who are composed with different departments, really worth it, a must for both summer and in the winter for a day out with children. Parking for the car is available.

Greenhouse visit
I guess the sunny weather made the plants looking better & greener. Our guide (Michel) knew a lot on a lot of plants which made our tour interesting. The botanical garden has a huge greenhouse, divided into sections, depending on the plant species (tropical, desert, ...) (although the suggested tour isn't entirely wheelchair friendly).
