9 of us visited on a Saturday - thanks to rail engineering works we were 30 minutes late to the tour but they waited for us. Jan the guide was excellent and the tasting session was great - unlike the big brewery tours which limit the number of samples the tasters kept flowing until we left.

Excellent brewery, beer and tour
I visited as part of a group of three and we were warmly welcomed by Jose and a much appreciated glass of beer. The brewery tour was interesting, informative and most importantly fun. The beer tasting at the end of tour with its large range of beers to try was exceptional. Excellent gift shop too. The Huyghe brewery is quite easy to reach by train from Mechelen (which I travelled from) but also from Brussels, Gent, Brugge etc. especially during the week and isn't very far from the station. I highly recommend a visit. I'll be returning.
