    Fabulous collection
The museum's own design and setup is spectacular on its ow! Top collection - from Van de Weldes furniture to Le Corbusier to Alessi. The best thing is the top presentation with white curtains and great light. TOP!!

Cluttered but a few take aways
Visited on the Ghent City Card after making an online reservation, where timeslots are flexible off season. The building itself is something to behold, which has a mix of permanent and temporary exhibits inside rather mashed up. Most pieces are housed in the newer part, with four floors, albiet one concerned with the plans and ideas for a future extension. There are many items placed in a small area thus visually cluttered, where you have to scan over to find one or two interesting items. There is little theme with exhibits merged into a general melee. No interactive exhibits (chairs are not for sitting). Those with design as a trade or study would get the most out of it.
