What a great place!! It's a must go and see and try the beer.! Very good on price as well. Clean and very friendly. Everyone speaks English great. If you smoke, there is also a great indoor area and very comfortable. I will be going back in the summer as there is plenty of seating outside and play areas for the kids. Great snacks as well, as you can see from the picture.

Great place to taste locally brewed beer
Brouwerij Wilderen is a superb place to have a drink and a nice chat with friends and family. The home brewed beer is excellent, the drink menu is very extensive, the terrace is enormous and very beautiful, with some lounging chairs and a separate playground for the children. What better way to relax than enjoying a glass while your children are having fun? Be warned, in summer the terrace is very popular, so you'll probably have to wait to find a place. We got lucky because we arrived around dinner time and lots of people left around that time. Tip: Do try the tapas Wilderen. You will not be disappointed. Be warned though, chances are you won't have any place left for the main course. If you like the beer, you can buy some in the shop.

Brewery and Distillery
Brouwerij Wilderen is a ancient brewery/distillery wich had been restored a few years ago. Since then the owners restarted brewing and distilling. You are welcome for degustation and tasting their products. It is also possible to visit the brewery/distillery on a guided tour but be sure to make a reservation in time because they are booked out pretty fast. Kitchen is very good but on the menu is not very much choice. Taking a complete lunch or dinner is not possible it is rather a choice of region specialities. Service is very fast and there is also a small children playground on the premises. In the area are also hiking tours pointed out passing the Brewery so it is a good stopover on your tour.
