Good fun
I went on this trial with my two kids (boys, aged 11 and 8). You can store your shoes in a locker. We went late during a weekday and it was not crowded at all. I imagine it can be crowded during peak hours and days. Everyone really enjoyed it. The kids asked to go again the next day. The hike is about two kilometers, which takes you through all kinds of different soils and challenges. It's a real treat to feel the different soils and a completely different way of hiking. These different soils also include mud and walking to water, so shorts are good. It was a hot day when we went so the kids were delighted to still find some mud. These are most fun, however, most of the time there is an option to go around these obstacles too. We did the hike in about two hours, which was perfect length for our bare feet. You can clean your feet after. Bring a towel.

Become one with nature
It's a barefoot walk of appoximately 2 km. You walk over all kind of materials (mud, grass, wood, stones, ...). At first it feels strange but is real fun. You can feel nature. Don't forget to bring a towel to clean your feet afterwards :-).
