Relaxing place to hang out

Our visit here was just for an hour. Our tour guide gave us some information about the lake and surrounding area. Dating back to the 11th century, the prince at that time had the lake built to make sure water was available to the palaces and mosques, the baths, homes, gardens and orchards that were in town. There is an aqueduct ruin on top of a knoll which provides a nice background for photos. This is a nice place for running, walking, and just being outdoors.

Nice damming. Beautiful views of surroundings
Agdal Basin is a damming located in the center of Meknes, an imperial city in Morocco. In the past, it was used to obtain water for the king and the court. After, it was a place of amusement for the court and now it is a place to walk for people. It is beautiful and you can ealk around almost all place. From here, you can see the walls and the waterman (a person, who bring water to other people) statue. Nice. (see also Heri es Souani, Royal stables and Sahrij swani)

Nice lake in the center of the city
Sahrij Seani is a lake located in the center of Meknes, near a part of the wall, which surrounds almost all the city. Meknes is a city located, near Fez in Morocco. This lake is an historical place, where king and his followers had water, now it is a place to walk for the inhabitants of the city. Also, from here, you can see the wonderful wall and the statue of the waterman (who brings water to people) the waterman (a person, who bring water to other people) statue. Beautiful, pitifully, it was surrounded by roads, so it is not a place to relax a lot. (see also Heri es Souani, Royal stables and Basin Agedal)
