Amazing river in beautiful Bosnia
I visited this beautiful river and its waterfalls (Strbacki buk) and I must admit it's most beautiful river that I've ever seen. These waterfalls are one of the biggest in Europe, they are even more beautiful than Skradinski buk on th river Krka in Croatia. The whole area is clean, with great green places for taking a rest. They made nice wooden stairs that follows waterfalls and it's really incredible when you watch this amazing river, falling down with the waterfalls (25 m high). I was with my family, we were in the village Martinbrod (also a part of national park), it was also very nice there. The river flows through the village and makes little waterfalls all over this place. We also saw one biger waterfall, it's impresive, but not like Strbacki buk. We agreed that we must come back and visited this beautful river, and this wonderful country. Bosnia is really something different, still poor country (economical) but very rich with its great spirit. People are pleasant, they will talk with you about everything and help you in anytime. I truly hope this magical country will shine very soon and finally get normal standard for living... This people deserve it more than anybody!!

Simple pleasure of nature
After visiting Plitvice the previous day we were travelling through Bihac in Bosnia and decided to visit Una National Park. Whilst the road is not great - make sure you use entrance 2 as we told by the ranger the road to entrance 1 is a very bad road (we were just lucky we missed the first turnoff). This is a completely different experience from Plitvice as no people and just as beautiful. 6 Bosnian Marks (3Euro) to enter. If you are in the vicinity must see the Una river and falls. Picnic spots to pull into and almost guarantee you will be on your own.
