The most beautiful cathedral i've visited
I really loved to visit it, outside it seems to be quite small, but when you get inside you realize that it's not, big part of the structure is underground. It's pretty beautiful inside and most part of the Cathedral's illumination is natural. It's fairly one of the most beatiful places in Brasilia.

Impressively Small!
Externally I had imagined that this would be an exceptionally large structure and the reality is it is not! However that's because the majority of the building is underground with only the stained glass coronet breaking through into daylight. Entrance is by a wide ramp giving the impression of walking into a UFO like structure. Once inside the space opens up with a large sculpted angel "flying" from the ceiling - the entire space surrounded by a kaleidoscope of colourful stained glass
