food okay, service okay, but no better than okay
The menu is pretty pedestrain, and the food wasn't very well prepared or attractively served. Service was polite, but s-l-o-w.

Decent food - closes very early
The Harpoon Room is a nice addition to the Ice Chest. The food was decent/average. After eating we started to head out, but changed our mind and decided to have one last drink at the bar. It was 9:45 we sat down and attempted to order a drink. The woman behind the bar came over to us and said, "I'm sorry, we're closed.". The sign on the door said open 4 -- ???. We had just spent a good amount of money there, also there were still people eating in the dining room and drinking at the bar. We left and spent our time and money elsewhere. I don't think we will be returning there anytime soon because of this.
