Unique experience

Bucket list was to shark dive! Was hoping to see a Great White, but unfortunately not this time. Captain Joe was a very nice guy. Sharks weren’t coming as fast as we hoped but he made sure we stayed until we saw them. Ended up seeing a a few Blues, a couple Mako, some dolphins, and seals. The captains arrived on time at the pickup location, and we headed out a little after 8am. If they hire more staff it would be cool if they did a photo package or sold some merchandise, but other than that it was a fun trip!

Rude, unprofessional, waste of time and money
Booked a caged shark dive With Bounty Hunter Shark Adventures as it's on our bucket list of things to do. Was super excited we booked our trip, spent our vacation time, got a hotel, rent a car, and flights seeing as we are coming from Atlanta. Everything was set we recieved a confirmation email 2 days before. The day of we showed up to Yarmouth at the designated peir and we waited. The other 2 groups of 2 showed up too and we all stood there 7:40am as we were supposed to be 20 min early and 8:00 came and went 8:15 turned into 8:30 and 9:00 before each group started getting on the phones trying to get a hold of anyone at the company. We had 3 phone numbers and called waited a little and would call again. When we finally did get a hold of someone they told us the trip had been canceled and someone should have let us know before they were adament about sending emails noone got and finally one of their captains had come down to the dock to tell us we weren't going out after waiting for 2 hours. They said we were not going out due to dredging of the canal. This didn't seem right. Work on a canal seems like something you would be aware of. So I called around and finally got to the harbor master's office who were incredibly helpful and nice. They told me that they were definitely aware these things are scheduled out a long time in advance and then they remind them multiple times in the month and weeks via email leading up to the work. So this company knew hey weren't going to be able to book or go out on these dates and still did and we built a trip around it. That being said we decided to try again next year and so we did we again booked our trip car, hotel, flights, vacation time etc. Again recieved multiple emails the days leading up to and 2 days before. To only get a text saying the trip was canceled due to weather. Granted I'm not a sailor but the weather conditions seem pretty calm and sunny with blue skies. I have no idea how this company is able to stay in business they are rude and severely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor don't waste your time with captain Eric Morrow and Bounty Hunter Shark Adventures.

    Not Trustworthy
Our trip was cancelled due to the weather and we were unable to reschedule another day to go out as we were flying home. After numerous attempts at trying to reach Captain Eric and arrange a refund... nothing. No return texts. No return phone calls. No return emails. And guess what? No return $$. Surprise! Unfortunately, I learned a very expensive lesson. So take it from me - don't book with these clowns.
