Beautiful entryway

Beautiful entrance to the "old City"". Just under the entryway, on the ground, is the symbol indicating that this was once the Jewish Quarter (see photo). Well preserved archway, buildings, and square. It's nice that it isn't listed with shops..

    Game of thrones
    If you enjoy Game of thrones, you should know that a scene was shot there. Besides that, make sure you take your time to appreciate the architecture and its surroundings. You will have to battle a few other tourists for a selfie. Mind you, summer here is also unbearable.

    Beautiful Gateway into Old Town
    Just off plaza mayor this archway leads to the old town with all its narrow streets and alley way's. Before going into old town stop at the top of the steps and turn left. You can buy tickets for €2.50 That will allow you to go up onto the City walls. Seriously great views.
