Grau Roig is the connection from Pas De La Casa to Canillo, El Tarter etc. There are lots of ski lifts here which are easy to get on and off even during busy periods. Great area and some nice runs either side. Antennae is the black piste from Pas De La Casa to Grau Roig and Mirador is the black piste the opposite side.

This is the place which links both sides of the resort with each other. Down the main slope from the Pad De La Casa side, there’s usually a guy taking photos. You can visit the shop at the bottom of the slope to pick your photo out and it is relatively cheap to get it blown up big. Check the attached picture out! Awesome!

The big weakness of GrandValira
The problem of this area is that the links here are too slow for the busiest periods. I tend to enter GrandValira at Encamp and race over to this area and then the problems start at the weekend there are two key lifts one back to Encamp and another over to Pas there are two to apas but one often isn’t open. This needs to be addressed ....going home can be a nightmare here. Not an issue during the week outside of the peak areas. I can ski any day I want and I NEVER EVER SKI Here at the weekend anymore .
