Fantastic history of Ferrari, and some of the most beautiful cars ever. Don't miss it.
If you care about Ferrari, specifically the early years, this is just a fantastic museum; we loved it. We went to the museum in Maranello in the morning, and to this one in Modena after lunch. I would HIGHLY recommend buying the combined ticket, and doing both museums, if possible. This one really focuses on Enzo himself, but also displays a lot of his earliest cars, which are phenomenally beautiful; it's incredible how far ahead of his time he really was. As you see the evolution of the cars from the 50s to the 70s, it is a fascinating timeline of the company. Admittedly, they never mention how close Ferrari was to bankruptcy year in and year out, I though the focus of this museum was just great (n.b.- the museum in Maranello tends to focus on the newest, most modern Ferraris, as well as the history of the F1 team, whereas this museum focuses on Enzo, and the growth of the company in the early days." I would happily come back again any time. One final note, you should really do the simulator. Make sure you book your time slot ahead of time, but don't miss it; it is so much fun.

    Style, Beauty, Power
The vast majority of us will never own one of these extraordinary cars. But we can admire their story, their elegance, their legends. A very well crafted museum with an inspiring short film and concise and helpful descriptions in English as well as Italian.
