This place is for nature and countryside fans, many forests surrounding, lakes. In spring and summer you can rent boats, or just buy ticket and take a short trip. It is really awsome instead of going to the sea you can visit it and enjoy :)

100% recommend everyone to go to Augustów
I originally come from Augustów and for me it is still the city I come back to every year. If you want to go to a beautiful lake I advise you to go to Mazurka, it's owned by my dad and I guarantee that it has the most friendliest staff and good prices. You will definitely will not regret visiting the gorgeous little city that is Augustów.

Relax and enjoy the view
Me and my husband are visiting Augustow every year. There is so much to do... Rent a speed boat, go canoeing, walk by the river or one of the lake. Lakes are very beautiful, clean and huge. You can go to town and have a lunch by the river Netta or one of the cafés at the square and then go for a walk to see one of the lakes, it will take you about 15 min. Great place for holiday with friends, family and romantic get away.
