The Eastern Kazakhstan Art Museum in Oskemen is a small but mighty museum with some great pieces or art, literature and cultural effects worth seeing while you are in the city. We spent about an hour in there and it was enriching and helped us to get more of a feel for the region. I think most people visiting the area should check it out and see what it’s all about.
