The light exhibition is closed but the park is open during a day to public. Despite of the fact that the light exhibition is officially closed, the tickets are still being sold. We were not informed about this fact just found out by a chance. We have asked for a full refund but our refund was refused. Their response was: 'Unfortunately we do not give money back. We will open as soon as the weather is possible and will also continue for another month. It is true that tickets are still for sale. This is because there are people who buy a card to support us in these difficult times. Furthermore, our facebook, instagram and website clearly indicate that we will be closed until at least January 14.' With the current covid situation, I doubt anything will be functionally for another month or so. This is just a rip off to get money out of customers, they should have stopped selling online tickets. We were planning to go this weekend, due to covid we cannot, which we understand but what we do not understand is that they still selling tickets and do not offer refunds for something they cannot deliver. My advice, avoid big time if you do not want to loose your money.
