This was our first stop during our Door County vacation and the highlight of the trip! Ferry service was such a unique experience and worth every penny. Impressed with how efficient the service operated they were on time and thorough. For 4 adults and 2 kids cost was $99 round trip They have several ferry boats running so we didn’t have to wait long at all to load Coming back from Washington Island we waited about 10 mins to load They can get about 15-20 cars on depending on size our ferry had RV going over and Horse Trailer coming back that took several car spots but still little wait time Washington Island was wonderful as well spent about 6 hours there with several hours at Schoolhouse Beach We went straight to Schoolhouse Beach when we arrived around 11:30.
