Our journey was 44 days and 11292 miles of pure delight. Having the Milepost with us made It even more enjoyable. It is full of so much useful information. Landmarks, mountain and river names, forest fire history, historical sites, gas stations, restaurants, and on and on. It was such a huge part of our trip. I was the narrator while my husband drove and for the most part we really felt like we were learning something all the time. When we headed back east and no longer had that kind of information available we thought how nice it would be to have that kind of travel guide for all the roads we travel.See more..
