Great Surprise
A friend brought us here when we were nearby and we were pleasantly and unexpectedly surprised and thrilled. We had no idea this gallery existed, let alone know of its contents. Room after room, studio after studio, the clean, neat, renovated building offers mixed media, sculptures, paintings, mobiles, photos, and so forth. There is artwork to be seen inside and out, floor to ceiling. This venue is wonderful not only to view the artwork, but to also be able to speak to the artists working in their studio gives one such better insight to their work, life, and the venue. This was a great surprise and we highly recommend it. We hope to return when we have more time.

I almost never visit the art gallery...
I’m the first to tell you that I can literally count on one hand the number of times I’ve been inside an art gallery. Having received Cary’s invitation from LivingFla.com for the Community Holiday Office Party at The Heart of Delray Gallery, I said “what the heck – I have nothing to do that night.” So many rooms – so many open spaces. Some big – some small – but beautiful pictures and other art everywhere. A great use of the 11,000 plus square feet of space. An outside patio with works of art and even a blow-up photo booth for the holiday party, I ran into 5 different Facebook friends that I’ve NEVER met in real life. Now that is something else entirely to talk about… Having walked the entire gallery, I was in amazement at the works of art, photographs, sculptures, and interesting objects everywhere. Dozens of different artists plied their work for the masses in attendance. From what I could tell, many of the artists had their own “studios” in the form of rooms or sections of the studio. One “studio” was even set up as a radio station that broadcasted live during the party. Artists and those in attendance were a very friendly – and interesting – group. Clean, spacious, plenty of parking and polite staff may just bring me back for another visit of The Heart of Delray Gallery in the coming months. William E. Lewis Jr. Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

A hidden gem!
A beautiful gallery with a number of talented artists. Very welcoming place. We had the good fortune to have Donna show us around and then met Rocco who does the most unique and magnificent mobiles and stabiles. I bought a pendant I will treasure. A place not to be missed.
