Safe, clean, and so much to do. I took my 7 and 9 year old boys here while waiting on the next venom extraction demonstration at the Reptile Discovery Center in DeLand and was not disappointed. The Chisholm Community Center, named in honor of Joe Chisholm, a pioneer in minority youth and young adult activities, was constructed and dedicated in 1982. The Center consists of a banquet hall, kitchen, meeting room, two media centers (Learning zone), game room, gymnasium and exercise room.
