Saw Tinsley Bible on Facebook and we decided that we would try it. It was NO mistake going there. As soon as we entered, we were greeted. Browsed a short time and then went to the counter to order lunch. We were greeted with the friendliness people on earth. Welcomed us, asked if this was our first visit with them and did not rush us while we decided what we wanted for lunch. It felt like Aunt Bee and Andy should be walking in at any time. (this is meant to be a positive comment). Excellent food! Although this was our first visit, we were treated like "regulars". As we got up to leave, everyone told us to be sure to come back we were in the area. You can bet will go back each time we are in the area. Can't say enough great comments on this place.

Just like I remember as a kid, 60 yrs. ago
The place is just as the picture shows. A old time drug store with a lunch counter. The waitress was a elderly lady that worked there for 30 years. She told me she worked 30 years prior to that at another job. She was as sweet a granny as you could get. Her memory was a little slow so we had to remind her of our order to get the correct food we ordered. It is truley one of a kind friendly place for lunch. Just a friendly little town with a small town museum across the street. I felt at home while we were in the town and enjoy eating and the discussion at the drug store.

In search of an old fashion chocolate malt!
We’re galmping over at a local RV campground for my husbands birthday week. He wanted 2 things today.. a cold draft beer and a chocolate malt. The beer attempt was a disappointment, but the Chocolate Malt was a home run! The service was excellent and the chocolate malt was perfect. Thank you.
