Rented Pontoon #3 & tube
Great boat rental experience, from booking online, calling to ask questions and texts on what I needed to do before showing up for my reservation. When I arrived the boat was ready to go with life jackets and the rented tube. The boat was super clean, had GPS and stereo. All the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful!! We spent the full day out on the lake - swimming, exploring and taking turns on the tube - I honestly did not expect to have so much fun. Returning the boat was equally as easy.

I rented a 10 person pontoon for four hours June 14, 2020. SMLA was a perfect choice for our boating experience. It was my first time renting a boat and it was a breeze. I booked online about 5 days ahead of time just in case. Charlotte and her Husband are amazing! They were so sweet and have an amazing team working with them. Hunter drove us to our car via golf cart to pick up our coolers and food and then drove us down to the dock to load the boat. They made checking in so easy and efficient. I signed all my documents electronically before our arrival as well as got my boating license. We arrived early to leave time to check in and they wasted no time loading us up and getting us on the water. I highly recommended SMLA to anyone staying in or near Dandridge. Douglas lake is gorgeous and worth seeing! Plus the water is so refreshing.

Pristine boats and great service!
We just rented a pontoon boat for half a day and loved it! The pontoon was in pristine condition and the owners could not be nicer. They used an ATV to take us and all our things to the dock and even loaded the pontoon boat for us. This was not expected but very much appreciated. Lake Douglas is a beautiful lake with nice coves. We had the perfect day and can’t wait to rent a boat again with Smoky Mountain Lake Adventures and we highly recommend them!!
