We had a great experience; excellent value
We rent a boat perhaps once a year. This was the best value we've experienced in what is now about 5-6 locations in the East. The boat was recent year, very clean, and in good repair. Worked perfectly. The check out brief was thorough and the employees very friendly. The pontoon had a large enough motor to tow a tube with a great ride for folks up to about 180 lbs. A couple of our larger folks didn't get quite the same sporty ride. A pontoon rental is a great way to spend a day on Douglas Lake. If all you did is go "touring" it's unlikely you'd cover the whole lake during a single day rental. If you rent more than one day, just call them to set up the reservation. Super easy. You can keep your car inside a fenced property overnight, so no worries. On thing the company should consider is either face masks or plexiglass for the staff at the rental counter. While the interactions are brief, in COVID times, it just a more socially responsible approach that keeps all the businesses going during these challenging times. We found these guys had very good customer service. Easy going and friendly. A good product at a very good price. Sure, we'd rent from them again.

Great Pontoon Rental Buisness
Rented Bentley pontoon boat for 9 hours. Had some rain in am but it all worked out in the end. Beautiful lake and very clean boats and buisness docks. We were greeted immediately regarding our reservation and taken straight to our pontoon after signature on paperwork. Employees are friendly and professional while still being great to talk to. He also answered any questions we had prior to leaving. We were helped getting onto boat and helped shoving off for our time on the lake. Upon coming back we were greeted again and pulled to dock with the same great employee who greeted us back and began chatting about lake, fishing etc. as we gassed pontoon up. We were very pleased with our entire transaction and would definately use Lighthouse Pointe Marina again. Thank you so much for a fabulous time.
