Great day out.
We came on a breezy day to the park. It was nice to stroll around and look for the animals. The enclosures are big so sometimes it’s hard. We never did find the lynx. The leopards and bears are beautiful creatures but it always feels a little sad to see them in captivity, even if they seem to have it very good at this park. Lots of little stations for kids to discover too. All in all, a great day out.

Great fun & education for kids
A rare find in this part of Sweden. Brown bears, polar bears, leopards, tigers, wolverines, lynx, wolves and owls. Good activity with children, but requires some fitness as it’s perched on a hill, that it shares with a small ski resort! Have lunch at the top for some good burgers, pasta, etc…

Fantastic experience
We had à great day at the park with loads of animals to see in their natural habitat. We even went back for à second day where our 7-year old took part in a animal keeper for the day experience, something se stiil talks about a year later; how they got to hide treats for the polar bears and release live fish for the bears to hunt in the water. (the polar bears knut and Gunilla was at the time safely tucked away at the next door enclosure...)
