A must in Hanoi

Exceptional place to visit the cultural and living styles of Vietnamese life. The place is filled with beautiful houses depending on each part of the country as well as different ethnics living in the country. All this maintained in a very good condition and a joy to visit. There are many other information also and a water puppet show is in place. Excellent visit.

    Impressive tours
A historical museum located in central of BMT, arounded by the Central Park. You can see trees with hundreds of years and have deep acquaintance of Dak Lak history. The entry ticket is only 30000vnd you can choose a Vietnam speaking or English speaking tour guide for free.

    Good Regional Museum
Stunning Building on the outside and a little run down inside including colored wall surfaces with a lot of dings and some very noticeable bad patching of floor tiles. Well laid out and easy to follow. I learned about the area’s frequent struggles to rid foreign powers. The cultural area had a logical sequence and had several benches for viewing short videos while other video screens were black and out of order. I especially liked the model of the long house. I thought I would buzz through Biodiversity but I actually slowed down when learning about rubber production with video, and the displays on coffee, peppercorns and herbal medicine. The gift shop was oversized but fit the large size of the lobby. Unfortunately it was dark and uninviting. I would have purchased some peppercorns but they sold in a larger rigid bottle which never would have fit in my suitcase whereas a small flexible bag would. Not many people here when we were here. But staff were very hospitable and one even called us a taxi and walked us outside to reinforce with the driver our next destination. Lovely grounds set in a formal park-like setting.
